全店商品均由韓國訂購,如非產品質量問題,我們無法提供換貨服務。
不接受任何以色差、尺寸、透度、彈力度等為理由之退換
客人請自行斟酌然後購買。
代購商品一旦代購成功,不可中途取消。

韓國廠商的衣服款式更新速度快,如遇斷貨的情況可以以同等價值換貨或退款。

『訂單時效』

現貨商品:
下單後一至兩個工作天後發貨

預訂商品:
不設現貨,下單後7-21日到貨,視乎韓國店家貨況,有機會延長。
下單前請多加考慮,不接急單。如訂單包含現貨及預訂商品,訂單預設會於所有商品到齊後再安排發貨。如需分開發貨,請聯絡我們。

『退換貨政策』

退換貨須知:
如收貨後有寄錯寄漏或瑕疵,請於收貨後3天內(簽收當日起計算) 與本店聯絡,並在7天內以到付形式寄回,如逾時寄出,換貨要求將不再受理。

請保持商品完整、配件完整,包裝完整。
已清洗或外出穿著過的恕不安排換貨。
商品不能有使用痕跡或人為損壞。

退貨運費承擔:
如商品本身存在質量問題,我們將承擔您的退貨運費。

『送貨方式及說明』

暫只提供順豐速遞,在結帳時請按指示選擇取貨方式,並選擇取貨點或填寫地址。

All products in the store are ordered from Korea. We do not provide exchange services unless there is a product quality issue. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on color differences, sizes, transparency, elasticity, etc. Customers are advised to carefully consider before making a purchase. Once a proxy purchase is successful, it cannot be canceled midway.

Korean clothing styles are updated quickly. In case of out-of-stock situations, exchanges of equal value or refunds can be arranged.

Order Processing Time

  • In-stock Items:

    • Shipped one to two working days after placing the order.
  • Pre-order Items:

    • No stock available, delivery within 7-21 days after ordering, depending on the Korean store's stock, with a possibility of extension.
    • Please consider carefully before ordering; urgent orders are not accepted. If an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will be shipped only after all items are available. Contact us if separate shipments are required.

Return and Exchange Policy

  • Return and Exchange Instructions:

    • In case of receiving the wrong item, missing items, or defects, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the shipment (counting from the day of receipt). Return the item in cash on delivery within 7 days. Exchange requests will not be accepted if sent after the deadline.
  • Please ensure the product, accessories, and packaging are intact. We do not accept exchanges for products that have been washed or worn outside.

  • The product should not show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

Return Shipping Fee Responsibility:
If there is a quality issue with the product itself, we will cover the return shipping fee.

Delivery Method and Instructions

  • Currently, only SF Express delivery is available. Please choose the pickup method and select a pickup point or provide an address during checkout.
